I ship worldwide from my studio in Cascais, Portugal. At checkout you will always see the delivery time and the exact shipping price before you pay.

Where I ship from

Cascais, Portugal. Every piece is cut, sewn and packed here. Orders within the European Union ship with no customs and no import duties.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days, with a tracking number sent to your email. Custom sizes and personalised embroidery take longer — I'll confirm the timing with you before I start.

Shipping prices

One flat price per order, whatever you put in the basket. Prices are in euros; at checkout they are shown in your local currency.

Customs and import duties

Within the EU: no customs, no import duties.
Outside the EU (for example the UK, Ukraine, the USA, Canada or Australia): import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by your country on delivery. These are set by your local customs and are paid by the buyer.
