Processing time
Every piece is cut and sewn in my studio in Cascais, Portugal. Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Custom sizes and personalised embroidery take longer — I'll confirm the timing with you before I start.

Shipping rates
Portugal — free
European Union — €9.99, free on orders over €60
United Kingdom — €15, free on orders over €145, Ukraine — €15
USA and rest of the world — €29, free on orders over €200

Delivery times (after shipping)
Portugal: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days, Ukraine: 7–15 business days
Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
These are estimates — carrier and customs delays can occasionally happen.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Customs & import duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
